Expand AllDay 1: Arrival in Islamabad

Day 2: Flight or Drive to Skardu
Weather permitting, take a scenic flight to Skardu (1 hour) or an overland journey (10–12 hours). Skardu is the gateway to the Karakoram Range.
Day 3: Rest and Preparations in Skardu
Finalize logistics, including hiring porters and packing supplies for the trek. Exploration of the vibrant local Balti culture.
Day 4: Drive to Askole (7–8 hours)
A rugged drive along narrow mountain roads to Askole, the last village before the trek begins.
Day 5: Trek from Askole to Jula
Trek along the Braldu River to Jula (3,200 m). Approximate trekking time: 6–7 hours.
Day 6: Jula to Paju
Continue trekking through rocky terrain to Paiju (3,400 m), where the Karakoram peaks come into view. Approximate trekking time: 5–6 hours.
Day 7: Rest Day at Paiju
Rest day for acclimatization. Porters prepare food supplies for the glacier.
Day 8: Paiju to Urdukas
Begin trekking on the Baltoro Glacier, reaching Urdukas (4,000 m). Approximate trekking time: 6–7 hours.
Day 9: Urdukas to Goro II
Trek deeper into the Baltoro Glacier, with stunning views of Masherbrum and the Trango Towers. Approximate trekking time: 6–8 hours.
Day 10: Goro II to Concordia
Trek to Concordia (4,600 m), the “Throne Room of the Mountain Gods,” offering breathtaking views of K2 and neighboring peaks. Approximate trekking time: 6–7 hours.
Day 11–12: Concordia to K2 Base Camp
Final stretch of the trek to K2 Base Camp (5,100 m). Prepare for acclimatization and establish the base.
Days 13–15: Acclimatization at Base Camp
Rest and recover at Base Camp. Practice climbing techniques and use of fixed ropes.
Days 16–40: Acclimatization Rotations and Summit Preparation
Establish higher camps and rotate between them to acclimatize: Camp 1 (6,100 m): A steep climb over ice and rock. Camp 2 (6,750 m): Challenging mixed terrain with narrow ridges. Camp 3 (7,300 m): High-altitude climbing with technical sections. Camp 4 (7,800 m): Final staging area for the summit push.
Days 41–50: Summit Attempt
Wait for a weather window to make the summit push. Summit Day: Ascend through the Bottleneck Couloir and past overhanging seracs to reach the top (8,611 m). Descend carefully back to Camp 4 and lower camps.
Days 51 Back To Urdukas

Day 52 Bcak to Bardumal
