Location : Islamabad

Arrive at Islamabad International Airport. Transfer to the hotel for rest. Expedition briefing and permit review.

Location : Skardu

Take a scenic flight to Skardu or drive through the picturesque Karakoram Highway if the flight is canceled. Overnight in Skardu.

Location : Skardu

Spend the day in Skardu finalizing supplies, packing loads, and meeting porters. Optional visits to local attractions like Skardu Fort or Satpara Lake. This day helps climbers acclimatize to a higher altitude while ensuring all logistics are in place.

Location : Askoli

Embark on a rugged jeep ride from Skardu to Askole, the last village before the trek begins. The journey takes 6-7 hours, offering dramatic views of the rugged Karakoram landscape and the Indus River. Camp overnight in Askole.

Location : Jula

Start trekking through scenic valleys and over suspension bridges to reach Jhola. This 5-7 hour trek is the first leg of the journey along the Braldu River. Enjoy spectacular views of distant peaks and glaciers. Overnight camping at Jula.

Location : Paju

Trek for 6-8 hours to Paju, a popular camping site near the Baltoro Glacier. Along the way, marvel at the Trango Towers and Cathedral Peak. At Paju, porters prepare for the demanding glacier trek ahead.

Location : Paju

Take a rest day to acclimatize and allow porters to prepare food supplies for the glacier trek. This day is crucial for adjusting to the altitude and building strength for the challenging days ahead.

Location : Urdukas

Begin trekking on the Baltoro Glacier, reaching Urdukas (4,000 m). Approximate trekking time: 6–7 hours.

Location : Goro II

Trek deeper into the Baltoro Glacier, with stunning views of Masherbrum and the Trango Towers. Approximate trekking time: 6–8 hours.

Location : Concordia

Trek to Concordia (4,600 m), the “Throne Room of the Mountain Gods,” offering breathtaking views of K2 and neighboring peaks. Approximate trekking time: 6–7 hours.

Location : Base Camp

Final stretch of the trek to Broad Peak Base Camp Prepare for acclimatization and establish the base.

Location : Climbing Days

Spend these days acclimatizing and conducting climbing rotations. Ascend to higher camps (Camp I at 5,900 m, Camp II at 6,400 m, and Camp III at 7,200 m) and return to Base Camp to rest. These rotations are essential for adapting to the high altitude and minimizing risks like altitude sickness.

Location : Summit Push

When the weather window is favorable, begin the summit push. Ascend progressively through Camp I, II, and III, navigating challenging ridges and icy terrain. The final push starts early in the morning, aiming to reach the summit by midday. From the summit, take in breathtaking views of the Karakoram Range. Descend to Camp III or II for safety.
