Naran Kaghan Itinerary
Expand AllDay 1: Islamabad to Naran
On the first day, the journey begins with a departure from Islamabad around 7:00 AM. After a scenic drive through the Hazara Expressway, passing Abbottabad and Balakot, you will arrive at a local restaurant for lunch by 12:30 PM. Afterward, you will continue your journey to Naran, reaching the town by 2:00 PM. Check-in to your hotel or guest house to relax and freshen up. In the evening, you have the option to visit the Kunhar River for stunning views and some free time to explore the local markets of Naran. Afterward, enjoy dinner at the hotel and spend the night in Naran.
Day 2: Naran to Saif-ul-Mulook & Shogran
After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart for a jeep ride to Lake Saif-ul-Mulook at around 8:00 AM. The 30-minute jeep ride will take you through rugged terrain, offering beautiful views along the way. Upon arrival at Lake Saif-ul-Mulook by 10:00 AM, you can explore the tranquil surroundings, take photographs, and enjoy the serenity of the lake. If desired, you can also enjoy a boat ride on the lake. After lunch at a local restaurant or a picnic by the lake, you will depart for Shogran by 2:00 PM. You will reach Shogran by 3:30 PM, where you can enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. In the evening, if you wish, you can visit Siri Paye Meadows by jeep for a short hike or photography. You will then return to Naran by 7:00 PM, have dinner, and spend the night in Naran.
Day 3: Naran to Babusar Top and Return to Islamabad
On the final day, you will start with breakfast at the hotel by 7:00 AM before departing for Babusar Top around 8:00 AM. The journey to Babusar Top takes approximately 2–3 hours, depending on road conditions, and you will arrive by 11:00 AM. At Babusar Top, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges and take photos of the stunning landscapes. After a brief stop, you will begin your return journey to Naran around 12:30 PM, stopping for lunch at a local restaurant in either Naran or Kaghan by 2:30 PM. By 3:30 PM, you will depart Naran for Islamabad, arriving back around 8:00 PM, depending on traffic and road conditions. The tour concludes with a drop-off at the designated location in Islamabad.
